Access your personal details by going to Settings → My Account or clicking your profile picture. Here you can update your name, email, phone, language, timezone, password, notifications, and account deletion settings. Click Edit Account, make your changes, then hit Save to apply.
Manage your sender email addresses in DirectIQ from Settings → Senders or via the Setting Checklist. Add a new sender by entering its email and name, then verify it with the code sent to that address. You can also edit (re-verifying if you change the email) or delete any sender, with authentication status shown in the senders list.

It covers entering your work email and password, navigating to My Plan, selecting your desired plan and contact limit, and applying the coupon on the payment page. Finally, enter your credit card details and click Purchase to activate your discounted subscription.
Reset your DirectIQ password either from within your account or directly on the login page. Inside your account, go to Settings → Edit Account, enter your current password and the new one to update it. If you can’t log in, click “Can’t remember your password?” on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to you.
Add a customizable footer to all your outgoing emails by going to Settings → Settings Overview and clicking Complete Footer. Choose your footer language and the elements you want displayed, then click Save. Your selected footer will be automatically appended to every email you send.
To view your current plan, visit the Home page where you'll see your plan's name, available contacts, and sends. To upgrade or downgrade your plan, go to Settings → My Plan or click on your profile picture and select Change Plan. Select the desired plan and click "Click to Upgrade" or "Click to Downgrade," then follow the payment steps to complete the process.
