The Billing History page provides a record of your DirectIQ purchases and subscription invoices. It allows you to review previous transactions, verify billing details, and access invoices whenever you need them.
Whether you're tracking expenses or keeping records for accounting purposes, your Billing History keeps all past purchases in one place.
Information Available
Each billing record includes:
Invoice Number - The unique identifier for the transaction.
Invoice Date - The date the purchase or subscription was billed.
Plan or Purchase - The subscription plan or service that was purchased.
Amount Paid - The total amount charged for the invoice.
Invoice - A link to view or download the invoice for your records.
Why use Billing History?
Your billing history helps you:
Review previous purchases and subscription renewals.
Download invoices for accounting or tax purposes.
Verify payment amounts and billing dates.
Keep track of your DirectIQ subscription history.
Viewing an Invoice
To view an invoice:
Open Settings > Billing History.
Locate the invoice you'd like to review.
Click View next to the invoice.
The invoice contains the complete transaction details, including the purchased plan, billing date, amount paid, and payment information.
