How to clean the lists from poor contacts with DirectIQ's list cleaning service

One of the main key factors to Email Deliverability is making sure to keep a healthy and clean list.

DirectIQ understands the significance of maintaining a healthy and clean email list, and that's why we have incorporated a powerful List Health feature to help you optimize your email deliverability.

You can access the List Cleaning feature on DirectIQ in 2 ways:

1 - Go to Contacts > My Lists then on the All Lists Menu find the list you want to clean.

After that click on the 3 dots on the right part of the screen the select the option Clean List

2 - Go to Contacts > Cleaning Service

There you will see the history of the list cleaning usage and the button to add a new list for cleaning like in the image below:

Click on Go to Lists > then select the desired list and click on the 3 dots on the right part of the screen the select the option Clean List

After you have selected the list and clicked on the clean list option you will be redirected to the payment page:

After confirming the credit card and other payment data, Click on the Purchase button

you will have to wait for the cleaning to be approved, you can see the status by going to Contacts > Cleaning Service
