DirectQI allows you to copy contacts from excel or text files and paste them into a special form. First, open the Add Contacts page using one of two ways.

  1. Go to Contacts -> Overview and click Add Contacts in the right upper corner.

2. Go to Contacts -> Add Contact.

Then select the third tab Copy Paste Contacts.

Paste your contacts in the text box and click Ready? Go!.

3. Match the column name with inserted data. Read more about Matching fields in the list import.

4. Next, select the list to which new contacts will be added. You can create a new list by entering its name in the text box on the left side of the page or select an already existed one on the right side of the page to add contacts. After selecting the list click Save and Finish.

After creating contacts, a banner with a successful message will appear and the My Lists page will be opened.

NOTE: During the upload process, all duplicate and invalid email addresses (such as those containing typos and syntax errors) are automatically eliminated.
