You can upload your contact list into DirectIQ from Microsoft Excel (XLS, XLSX) and Text (CSV, TXT) files.

Text (TXT, CSV) Files must meet these criteria:

  1. One contact per line.

  2. Each line starts with an email address.

  3. Each field separated by a comma.

Microsoft Excel (XLS, XLSX) Files must meet these criteria:

  1. One contact per row.

  2. Each row starts with an email address.

  3. Each column contains separate field data.

Note: Because of excel date and time format variations in case there are Custom Fields with the date attribute the accepted format is CSV only.
