Managing Contact Notes

Learn how to add, edit, and delete notes for each contact directly from the Contact Details page, helping you keep track of important information and interactions with your contacts.

DirectIQ allows you to manage contact notes on the Contact Details page. To open this page click on the contact email or View button on the All Contacts page.

To see a list of contact notes go to the Contact Details page and select the Notes tab.

Add a new note

To add a new note click Add Note. A dialog with a text box will open. Input note and click Create.

Edit a note

You can edit saved notes by clicking on the icon with a pencil under the note. Edit note dialog will open. Change the text and click Update.

Delete a note

To delete a note click on the icon with trash under the note and click Sure in the confirmation dialog which will appear.
