Segments Overview

Segments in DirectIQ are a group of contacts, that correspond to some parameters. For example, you can merge into segment contacts that have a quality of 5 or contacts that use the same mail service. Segments allow you to send specialized messages to a narrower circle of contacts. The list of contacts is generated automatically based on certain conditions.

To view all your segments go to Contacts -> Segments and select the Saved Segments tab.
