How to Connect and Share Email Campaigns on Social Media

DirectIQ offers a seamless integration with popular social media platforms, allowing you to extend the reach of your email campaigns beyond your subscriber list. By connecting your social media accounts within DirectIQ, you can easily share your email campaigns on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Accessing the Integration and connecting Social Media Accounts:

Log in to your DirectIQ account. Navigate to the "Integrations" section located in the main menu. Within the Integrations menu, Click "Social Media."

You will see options to connect various social media accounts such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Click on the respective platform you wish to connect.

Follow the prompts to authorize DirectIQ to access your social media account. This may involve logging in to your social media account and granting permissions.

Verifying Connected Accounts:

Once you've completed the authorization process, DirectIQ will display a status change indicating that your social media account has been successfully connected. and also the connection status will change from "not connected" to "connected"

Repeat the process for each social media platform you wish to connect.

Sharing Email Campaigns:

After connecting your social media accounts, create the regular email campaign you wish to share.

During the campaign sending process, you'll find an option to share the campaign on social media.

Enable the social media sharing switch to share the campaign to social media.

You will see sections for the platforms you've connected.

Enable the switch for the platforms where you want to share your email campaign.

Customize the accompanying subjectline if desired, then confirm and proceed to send the campaign.
