How to manage flows
To manage your existing flows, navigate to Sidebar -> Flows. Here, you can view a list of all active and And drafted flows.
On Flows you can perform the following actions:
Edit: Update the flow's components, including, delays, email blocks, and logic conditions. Triggers cannot be edited once saved
Delete: Delete the entire Flow directly.
Edit:
If you need to edit a flow, go to Sidebar-> Flows then click on the desired flow from the list. Then, adjust the flow blocks as needed to update delays, email settings, or logic conditions.
Editing flows allows you to fine-tune your automated communication and adapt to changes in your marketing strategy.
Delete:
If you need to delete a flow, go to Sidebar-> Flows and locate the flow you wish to remove. Click on the options menu (usually represented by three dots) next to the flow, and select Delete.
Note:
Deleting a flow is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure that you no longer need the flow before deleting it.
If you wish to pause a flow temporarily, consider saving it as draft instead.
Deleting unnecessary flows helps maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
