With this integration, every time a new booking is created in FareHarbor, a contact is automatically added to DirectIQ and a transactional email can be sent instantly, no manual work required.

What You’ll Need:

A Zapier account
An active FareHarbor account
Your DirectIQ login credentials

📩 Add DirectIQ Contact When New FareHarbor Booking Is Created

Automatically capture customer data from each new FareHarbor booking and add them as contacts into DirectIQ for future marketing campaigns and segmentation.

📬 Send DirectIQ Transactional Email When New FareHarbor Booking Is Created

Trigger transactional emails in DirectIQ immediately after a FareHarbor booking is completed. Perfect for sending booking confirmations, instructions, or waiver links.

Setup Instructions:

1️⃣ Choose Your Template
Click on one of the templates above to get started.

2️⃣ Connect Your Accounts
Zapier will prompt you to sign in to both your FareHarbor and DirectIQ accounts.

3️⃣ Map Your Fields for Adding a Contact
Select the data you want to transfer, (customer name and email address are already mapped in the integration) you can also add custom fields.

4️⃣ Set Up Your Transactional Email
In DirectIQ, create your transactional email template. Zapier will trigger this email when a new booking is created.Just Map recipient, subject, and content fields and let the automation do the rest.

5️⃣ Test & Activate
Test your Zap to ensure everything works smoothly. Once confirmed, turn on your Zap to automate the process.
