Setup Instructions

1. Click on one of the templates above.

2. Sign in to your JotForm and DirectIQ accounts when prompted.

3. Choose the form you'd like to track and the DirectIQ list or email content to use.

4. Map the required fields (e.g., name, email address).

5. Test the Zap to confirm everything is working properly.

6. Turn on your Zap and let automation handle the rest!
