DirectIQ fully follows all available Data Protection Laws, and adhere to the rules. If you want your data completely deleted, contact us by emailing support@directiq.com from the email address you want deleted, and state if you are an email recipient from our system, or a DirectIQ customer, and request your data to be deleted. Our team will process all requests in 72 hours and delete all requested data with no way to recover back.
