Filtering Free Templates

In DirectIQ there is a big list of free templates, that you can use for creating emails. Go to Templates -> Create Template and select the first tab Use Free Templates to view this list.

In order to find the required template faster, there is a simple filter at the top of the page.

You can filter templates by tags and by usage. There are several hundreds of tags and several decades of usage categories in the system. For example, you can select only Welcome or Events templates.

Click on the drop-down list and select a tag or category from the proposed options for filtering. You can select as many tags as you want, but only one usage category at the same time. After at least one option is selected, the list of templates automatically updates.

In order to remove the selected tag, click on the cross next to them. You also can clear all filters by clicking on the cross at the end of the filter row.

By default, all templates are sorted by popularity from high to lower, but you can change this order by selecting another option from Sort Order drop-down list.
