Under the Email Templates tab, the My Templates page provides an easily accessible library of the active templates associated with your DirectIQ account, with links to the functions that allow you to act on your templates individually or together from this page. Either select the check box that starts each row to enable the function buttons for that list, or click the links in each row to act on them directly.

Each page in your templates library displays up to 10 active templates at one time. If you have more than 10 templates, you can click through the pages using the bottom page navigation, or you can search for templates by entering the name in the search field at the top and clicking Search Template.
Bring up a preview of your template in a new browser window by clicking one of three areas in the template row:
- Template thumbnail image
- Assigned template name
- Preview (Magnifying Glass) icon in the template row
Edit your template in DirectIQ's Friendly Editor by clicking on the Edit (Pencil) icon in the template row.

It's often helpful to create a copy of your template to test minor variations or to experiment without affecting the original. To create a copy, click on the Copy (Document with Plus) icon in the template row.
Test your template by sending it to individual email addresses instead of your lists by clicking the Test (Speedy Envelope) icon in the template row. See also Sending Templates to Test Contacts.
View a simulated version of your template as it will appear in the web's most popular inboxes by clicking the Mailbox Preview (Document with Question Mark) icon in the template row. See also Testing Inbox Compatibility with Mailbox Preview.
To check your template code against popular spam filters, click the Spam Doctor icon in the template row. See also Verifying Template Code with Spam Doctor.
If you are no longer using your templates, but still want to access them for research purposes, you can move them to your Archived Templates library by clicking the Move to Archive (Storage Box) icon in the template row.
You can also select more or more templates for archiving by using the check box in the first column of the template row, and click the Archive button at the bottom.
WARNING: Deleting a template will permanently erase it from your DirectIQ account, along with any changes you made to the template. You will NOT be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the template. Archiving your template is recommended instead of deleting.
To permanently delete a template, click the Delete (Trash Can) icon in the template row.
To create a new template, click the New button at the bottom of the page to bring up the Create a Template page.
