To view detailed stats for a sent campaign, go to Campaigns -> Campaigns List, select your campaign, and click Reports. You'll see full campaign info including subject, sender, delivery time, and more. To download the report, click the PDF button—your file will be ready via a pop-up or under Settings > Downloads.

To see how many clicks your campaign received from social media, go to Campaigns > Campaigns List, select a sent campaign, click Reports, then select the Social tab. You’ll see a breakdown of clicks from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

To review hard bounces, go to Campaigns > Campaigns List, choose a sent campaign, click Reports, then select the Bounces tab. You'll see all contacts that didn’t receive the email due to delivery failures, along with error categories. Contacts with hard bounces are marked as Disabled and won’t be used in future campaigns unless reactivated.

To view which email domains are most used by contacts who opened your campaign, go to Campaigns > Campaigns List, select a sent campaign, click Reports, then open the Domains tab. You'll see a breakdown of opens by domain type (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
