In DirectIQ you can create tags and mark your contacts with different tags to better structure and simplify the search for contacts. You can mark one contact with several tags and filter contacts by one or more tags.
To see a list of all tags go to Contacts -> Tags. On this page, in brackets next to each tag, you can find information about how many contacts this tag has been assigned to.
